Couples Dances
Line Dance (n) - a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows. Most line dances have dancers all face the same direction, while some will have dancers face each other or the "lines" will be in a circular formation.

Couples Dance (n) - a dance whose basic choreography focuses on the coordinating dance steps of two partners as opposed to a group. Couples dances can be referred to as a "two-step," or a "partner dance."
